I question why a US utility would even be considered in a merger with a foreign entity.US utilityand power companies
should remain totally in US control and ownership.This Canadiancompany,especially,seems to be managedvery
poorly,and the reasoning behind the merger (to add renewable credits)does not agree with common sense.So called
renewable energy sources are notoriously ineffective in power production,must be subsidized heavily and are a
constant drain on the economy.Please do not let this merger go forward.
