Comment:I am very concerned about the proposed merger agreement between Avista and Hydro One,primarily due to
the effect on electricity rates,but also that a foreign government business entity would be controlling the utility rates
and service regulations of U.S.customers.Because of these reasons,I strongly oppose this merger on anyone like it.

Comment:Green Energy hoax has stricken Hydro One's Ontario customers and Avista is falling for it because of the
money.
Idaho does not need a Canadian based utility company to raise energy rates like they have in Ontario.
I strongly oppose the acquisition and highly recommend that the PUC vigorously monitor Hydro One in the future.
