Comment: First off, I don't understad how the Chairman & CEO of Avista was allowed to accumlate stock to become the
largest individual stockholder when this is a pretty much a monopolistic type company. There are very few individual
consumer stock holders, so the votes don't have much to do with a consumer that has very few options of where he
purchases their power.The only ones gaining will be the corporate investors and Mr Morris with a premium of 20% of
value. Hydro One isn't paying a premium if they don't see the benefit.
Hydro One is not even a USA company or work under the same government structure. Look what happens to Montana
Power with USA ownership.
I would really like to see something like the Savings & Loans do by offering the ownership to the members.
