Comment: Please do not approve the sale of Avista to the canadian govt. this is a maneuver calculated to set up for the
renegotiation of the compact with Canada. lt would be foolish to approve this sale and have control of 7 dams in the US
owned by Canada. This is a ridiculous idea. We must retain local control over these vital resources and
infrastructure..The citizens are not served by this sale as control of our destiny would be placed in extra national hands.
Wake up. We are being sold out
