STIPULATION AND SETTLEMENT
COME NOW the Commission Staff, the Joint Applicants (Hydro One Limited and Avista
Corporation) and the other parties to the Stipulation and Settlement previously filed on April 13,
2018, and respectfully request that the Commission acccpt this First Amendment to the Stipulation
and Settlement (the "First Amendment"). The Signatories to this First Amendment and the
accompanying commitments agree that the amended Stipulation and Settlement is reasonable and
