Pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule 43 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule
227,the undersigned local counsel, Teresa A. Hill, hereby petitions the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") for admission of the undersigned applying counsel, Elizabeth
Thomas, Kari Vander Stoep, and Benjamin A. Mayer, for the purpose of representing Hydro One
Limited ("Hydro One") in the above-captioned matter.
Pursuant to Commission Rule of Procedure 43, out-of-state attorneys must request
limited admission at least one time per calendar year. A Motion for Limited Admission Pro Hac
Vice was previously filed for Elizabeth Thomas and Kari Vander Stoep on September 18,20ll

and granted on September 29,2017 in the above-captioned matter. Elizabeth Thomas and Kari
Vander Stoep each individually certify she is not licensed to practice in Idaho, except in a limited
capacity in the above-captioned matter, and the above-captioned matter is the only matter she has
previously been admitted pro hac vice in the state of Idaho. Benjamin A. Mayer certifies he is
not licensed to practice in Idaho and that he has not previously been admitted pro hac vice in the
state of Idaho.
Elizabeth Thomas and Benjamin A. Mayer each individually certifies that she or he is an
active member, in good standing, of the bar of Washington, and Kari Vander Stoep certifies that
she is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of Washington and the bar of Montana.
Elizabeth Thomas, Kari Vander Stoep, and Benjamin A. Mayer each individually certifies that
she or he maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address and that she or he is
not a resident of the State of Idaho.
The undersigned counsel certify that a copy of this Motion has been served on all other
parties in this case and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a$325 fee per application,
and a current certificate of good standing from the Washington State Bar per application, and a
current certificate of good standing from the State Bar of Montana for Kari Vander Stoep, have
been submitted to the Idaho State Bar.
Counsel also certify that the above information is true to the best of their knowledge.
Teresa A. Hill acknowledges that her attendance shall be required at all court proceedings in
which Elizabeth Thomas, Kari Vander Stoep, or Benjamin A. Mayer appear, unless specifically
excused by the Commission. In this regard, Teresa A. Hill hereby respectfully requests that the
Commission excuse her from having to appear during Commission proceedings for the above-
captioned matter unless needed by Hydro One.
By this Motion, Teresa A. Hill respectfully requests that the Commission perform the
following:
l. Reauthorize Elizabeth Thomas to participate in all proceedings before the Commission in
the above-captioned matter;
2. Reauthorize Kari Vander Stoep to participate in all proceedings before the Commission
in the above-captioned matter;
3. Authorize Benjamin A. Mayer to participate in allproceedings before the Commission in
the above-captioned matter; and
4. Grant Teresa A. Hill's request to be excused from having to appear during Commission-
related proceedings in the above-captioned matter unless needed by Hydro One or
otherwise required by the Commission.
