Pursuant to Idaho Public Utilities Commission Rule 43 and Idaho Bar Commission Rule
227,the undersigned local counsel, Teresa A. Hill, hereby petitions the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission ("Commission") for admission of the undersigned applying counsel, Elizabeth
Thomas and Kari Vander Stoep, for the purpose of representing Hydro One Limited (Hydro
One) in the above-captioned matter.

Elizabeth Thomas certifies that she is an active member, in good standing, of the bar of
Washington, and Kari Vander Stoep certifies that she is an active member, in good standing, of
the bar of Washington and the bar of Montana. Elizabeth Thomas and Kari Vander Stoep each
individually certifu that she maintains the regular practice of law at the above-noted address, and
that she is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho. Elizabeth Thomas
and Kari Vander Stoep each individually certify that she has not previously been admitted pro
hac vice in the state of Idaho.
The undersigned counsel certify that a copy of this Motion has been served on all other
parties in this case and that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by a $325 fee per applicant, a
current certificate of good standing from the Washington State Bar per applicant, and a current
certificate of good standing from the State Bar of Montana for Kari Vander Stoep, has been
submitted to the Idaho State Bar.
Counsel also certify that the above information is true to the best of their knowledge.
Teresa A. Hill acknowledges that her attendance shall be required at all court proceedings in
which Elizabeth Thomas or Kari Vander Stoep appear, unless specifically excused by the
Commission. In this regard, Teresa A. Hill hereby respectfully requests that the Commission
excuse her from having to appear during Commission proceedings for the above-caption matter
unless needed by Hydro One.
By this Motion, Teresa A. Hill respectfully requests that the Commission perform the
following:
1. Authorize Elizabeth Thomas to participate in all proceedings before the Commission in
the above-captioned matter;
