Dear Madam/Sir:
I fully supportAvista's requestfor a rate increase to improveits Montana Colstrip
operation.I received an email from the Kootenai County Environmental Alliance
to oppose this rate increase and suppliedme with some fake data.Being a PhD
scientist,I am opting for the best scientific evidence and support this rate
increase.This action will not harm the environment.I have served many years
on the Washington State Governor's Council on Agricultureand the Environment
and do have some knowledgein this area.Please vote to supportAvista's rate
increase request.
