Comment:I fullysupport Avista's request for a rate increase to improve its Montana Colstrip operation.I received an
email from the Kootenai County Environmental Alliance to oppose this rate increase and supplied me with some fake
data.Being a PhD scientist,I am opting for the best scientific evidence that supporting this rate increasewill not harm
the environment.I have served many years on the Washington State Governor's Council on Agriculture and the
Environment and do have some knowledge in this area.Please vote to support Avista's rate increase request.Thanks,
