Secondly,Oregon and Washington have made plans to leave Colstrip behind earlier,without other states in on the deal, Idahoans stand to have their rates go up. Lastly,I would love to see Avista revise its integrated plan to provide Idahoans with a detailed analysis of our options, including renewables,once we move on from Colstrip. Idaho is a leader in so many areas;it’s time that Avista step up to the plate and become a leader in cleaning up our power grid.
