Comment:Please do not accept the current Avista plan that relies so heavily on coal generated power.Avista should be
investing more in renewable sources of power such as wind and solar.There are ample opportunites for this type of
power generation here in the northwest and there is no excuse for the continues heavy reliance on coal generated
power.Yes,we willI still need some coal power in the near term,but at the same time Avista should be required to
begin to make serious investements in cleaner and renewable sources of power.
