“The Commission finds that the tariff rider is underfunded by about $3.9
million,and that the primary contributor to the underfunding of the rider
account was the nonresidential T-LED market transformation lighting
incentive program.’
SHOULD READ:
“The Commission finds that the tariff rider needs additional annual funding
of about $3.9 million,and that the primary contributor to the underfunding of
