More specifically, the Company respectfully requests that the following language on lines 17-20 on Page 2 be stricken from the Company's Application. "This underfunded amount is primarily driven bythe Company's nonresidential Tl2 to T8 market fansformation program which contributed to prescriptive lighting incentives exceeding the $1.2 million budgeted incentives by $4.0 million."
