RE: Case No. AYU-E-17-06 - Revision to Application
Dear Ms. Hanian:
Upon conversations with Commission Staff, Avista agrees that certain language included in its
Application to "lncrease Its Energy Efliciency Rider Adjustment Schedule 91," Case No. AVU-
E-17-06, inadvertently contained language that is not applicable to the rate request. More
specifically, the Company respectfully requests that the following language on lines 17-20 on Page
2 be stricken from the Company's Application.
"This underfunded amount is primarily driven bythe Company's nonresidential
Tl2 to T8 market fansformation program which contributed to prescriptive
lighting incentives exceeding the $1.2 million budgeted incentives by $4.0
million."
Please direct any questions regarding this matter to Linda Gervais at 5094954975.
Sincerely,
,ffi/
