Comment:While I've submitted comments in the past regarding opposition to Avista's rate increases,I have come to theconclusionthattheIdahoPUCwillneverdeclineordenyanopportunitytoprovidetheCompanywithmorerevenue.ItdefinitelyappearsasthoughtheCommissionisoverwhelminglyinfluencedbythelobbyingeffortsofAvista'spowerbrokers,and has no interest in looking out for the interests of the actual ratepayers.It's very disappointing to seehowmuch"big business"owns Idaho politics (and the various State agencies)these days.
