Additionallyif not on this increase on the next one I would like to see the actual detailed data Avista uses including. The energy map by region with in each municipality,1.E.each subdivision. I also would like to see the planning details of all Municipalities and how Avista is included in this growth.1.E.what is the planning horizon. Based the planning horizon how Does Avista calculate projected revenue and expenses based on new customers. Additionallyhow does Avista net out long term customers as a "pipeline revenue". Also how does Avista charge new subdivision developers? How is the cost "shared"or is the sub division develop charged for the hook ups and work done to set up a sub division or is Avista? With increased revenues based on volume shouldn't Avista be reducing costs vs.increasing them? I also request the work done by any state employee on this anaylst including all working copies of excel or other spreadsheet documents, all e mails between state employees and or Avista in regards to the above mentioned cases and any database data used. Please reject the rate increase for once. Then they can trim some waste. Thanks,Gene Acheson Unique Identifier:67.5.110.190 1
