(2) Removes test year revenue associated with marketing unused BPA transmission capacity to other BPA transmission customers. During the
rate period the Company expects to fully subscribe its purchased BPA transmission capacity for its resource optimization activities.

(1) Calender 2018 was used for transmission expenses and revenues over the Two-Year Rate Plan as amounts will be known by the new rate
effective date January 1, 2018. Changes to the 2019 Pro Forma expense as compared to 2018 are not material.
