It seems that Utilities Customers are rarely afforded the opportunity to favorably
comment on the activities of the Utility Company that provide our essential services. AVISTA
UTILITIES on the other hand not only offers excellent service to its many clients, but appears
to be a leader in the field of planning and providing service to present and future clients as
well.
In a State that seems more interested in destroying dams to provide sports fishing
opportunities for the few rather than providing essential services for the needs of the many. the
path for any future looking Utility is indeed a troubled one.
