AVISTA CORPORATION
20 Avista Corporation ("Avista" or "Company") hereby submits reply comments in response
2l to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staffs ("Staff') and Community Action Partnership
22 Association of Idaho (CAPAD comments dated March 30,2017, on the Company's request for a
23 finding of prudence for its 2014-2015 electric energy efficiency expenditures.
24 The Company appreciates the thorough review of Avista's 2014-2015 energy efficiency
25 expenditures and the constructive critiques and suggested improvements to Avista's Demand Side
26 Management (DSM) programs by both the Commission Staff and CAPAI. Avista initiated a
2l conference call with Commission Staffon Wednesday April 5ft to discuss their comments. This
28 call was very productive and the Company takes no issue with StafPs recommendation or the
29 supportive comments of CAPAI.
30 The Company appreciates the long-standing collaborative working relationship with the

I Commission, its Stafi CAPAI and other stakeholders. We believe these relationships have
2 benefited our customers and all of our stakeholders and have been constructive in refining Avista's
3 DSM programs over time.
