Comment: Social Security recipients are receiving a .3% increase. Why does Avista deserve Larger increase than that.
They are a wasteful greedy company. I suggest no increase an tighten their belts like the rest of their rate payers have
had to do. The average household income has gone down and people have had to adjust propose Avista do the same.
