Comment: What is Avista's overall financial interest in Colstrip and it individual units.
What are the generation costs for the particular Colstrip Unit involved in this rate case in comparison to power from
renewal sources.
Has this commission reviewed Washington's Utility Commission declaration that PUGET SOUND ENERGY NOT ASSUME
IT WILL GET REIMBURSED BY WASHINGTON CONSUMERS FOR ANY MORE EXPENDITURES AT COLSTRIP.
Also, PPL a COLSTRIP plant operator is spinning off it's interest in Colstrip which is expected to lose 28 million over the
next 20 years at Colstrip.
Is continued investment in Colstrip a prudent investment and should rates of return at 9.9 per cent be approved.
Are the environmental costs(a bad word in Idaho) factored in cost projections.
