even remember!Maybe Avista should tighten their belts!Stop hiring contractors to do their work.I don’t know any
family that can afford to pay more for anything!This year it’s for electrical infrastructure,next year gas something or
other!Really!!ENOUGH repeal Obama care?That won’t lower our insurance deductibles either.Let’s see the bonus’of
the upper management,then decide if they need the money,or it should be used in a better way,another big company
that doesn’t know how to budget their money.
