Comment:Living on a fixed income..i make $901 a month.If avista is allowed a electric increase of this request i will
have to decide whether i pay it or cut food out of my budget.I am budgeting the best i can,this will hurt.I am reauesting
you turn them down as i dont think bonuses should be paid at the expense of the elderly and the poor.
