Comment:I support the elimination of the convenience fee.95%of my bills are paid electronically with my credit card.If
utilities like power/gas could be auto paid to my credit card without extra charges I am all for it.In my opinion Avista
should offer a discount for customers that use email to receive their bills,and pay their bills electronically.It is much
faster,less wasteful since ink,postage,fuel,and requires less time to process payments versus regular mail.
