Comment:I am wondering why AVISTA was approved to implement a rate increase?Recently in Kootenai and Shoshone
Counties they are not able to keep electrical services up and in proper condition.There have been multiple times over
the last month and a half that there have been more than 2000 customers of theirs with out power.Currently in North
Idaho there are more than 4500 with out power.It is not right that they are able to raise rates when they cannot keep
their services up to their customers.I think the recent approval of the ability for them to raise the rates be reevaluated.
