Subject:Avista Surcharge for conserving energy and customer useage
Good Day People.
We wish to comment on the Idaho Avista proposed ‘surcharge’on customer ‘non-useage’.
For people who are on fixed incomes,this is pay for services Not rendered.
We try to save money,for example,by not having air conditioning in our homes (which is difficult this
summer)and turning down the heat in the winter (wearing warm clothes in the house).
This is frustrating,by trying to save money -we incur more expenses!
Please seriously consider the overall effect on customers of Idaho Avista.
