Comment:Avista filed an application with the IPUC on Jun 1,2015 to increase residential
service rates on schedule 1 by 6.9%this year and 6.7%next year.This is outrageous for us
as retired,fixed-income folks.The city of Orofino already has a steep 3%tax on Avista’s
electric bills which is among the highest tax in Idaho.Please deny this rate increase and
give us seniors a little breathing room.
