Comment:I do not agree with Avistas purposed rate increase.In a nut shell I don’t think we
should have to pay for their “building their business’.They should invest their own money to
improve their business.It would be the same as if I were a contractor and handed my client a
bill and then said “oh ya and I want ten dollars to go towards a new drill”They would tell
me to go pound sand.
If it were an increase in the cost of doing business it would be different.But not for this.
