Comment:I am responding to a KLEW-TV article regarding a potential Roof Top Solar program in
the Palouse Region of northern Idaho.Avistas commitment to exploring solar and wind
resources for energy is to be applauded.The use of renewable resources will guarantee clean
energy for generations to come.We must look in the future now to preserve continued cost
efficient energy.I sincerely hope you will provide the Roof Top Solar program as a tracking
tool and be the catalyst for more energy efficient use in Idaho.We are behind the times in
