Comment:I’m hoping that rates will not be raised.On fixed income it is difficult enough to
pay utility bill.Winter I have to ask for help in paying bill.I alone live in single wide
manufactured and have had winterization crew from Lewiston check my home out.They said
nothing needed fix.I do minamal laundry,dry clothes outside summer inside winter.Do not
have dish washer,electric heat is what I have and furnace just put in about 3 years ago.I
just don’t know how I can cut down usage.In Spokesman Review of Friday September 5 quotes
typical households monthly bill would rise from $81.88 to $85.83.I’m just saying I know no
one with that low a bill in summer or winter.Please don’t raise rates.Sincerely Margaret
