Comment: I would like to urge the commission to not naise rates in Idaho again I appreciate
that Avista has costs. I think they ane a good company with good employees. However as the
news has noted Idaho has not nebounded and wages are almost the lowest in the nation. As a
person on a fixed income this constant increase is hurting many of us. They claim it is for
upgrades but it goes to very high wages for employees and stockholden dividends. Since we do
not get a choice in which utilities we use what happens to the consumer? P1ease hold back
this year so some of us can try to hold on. Thank you
