Comment:I think Avista should have the stockholders support the required replacement of
aging equipment and new services.I do the same whenever,I purchase a home and something
needs replaced or upgraded.The funding comes from my pocket not the everyone who uses my
home.
Avista just received an increase in rates last year.They need to help get the nation back in
the black not pushing the poor into the red zone every time.
