Pursuant to Commission Order No. 32697, Avista Corporation, doing business as Avista Utilities
(hereinafter Avista or Company), respectfully provides an update of its fuel price forecast and
load forecast used in the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) Methodology for determining avoided
cost rates. The Order provides that the Company update, on an annual basis, their fuel price
forecasts and load forecasts utilized in the IRP Methodology.
Attached for filing with the Commission is a copy of the Company's updated load forecast and
natural gas price forecast. Per the direction of Commission Staff this filing also includes the
Company's new or terminated PURPA contracts, and new or terminated agreements for power
purchase or sale.
