Please describe your comment briefly:
Concerning the new rate increase request from Avista on Oct. 11th, what they gave us
recently with a 2/7% decrease, they now now only want to take it away, but double it in a
5.3% increase for residential customers. Please do not grant this request. The constant
increases are over and above what most people see their income go up by annually. The
salaries and stock compensations need to level off and that money be used for whatever it is
Avista wants this increase for.
