I guess I don' t get it. Avista encourages everyone to save on energy in numerous ways, which
many of us do only for them to ask for another rate increase. When is enough, enough.
Remember, you the commission, represent the taxpayers of Idaho not Avista. JUST SAY NO for
once. That would be a first!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just say NO to Avista' s residential 3.5% gas rate increase! Do you think I get a raise
every time my expenses go up? I haven' t had a raise in 3 years. I have to li ve within my
