Attachment C, Page 4 of 4, contained within the Stipulation and Settlement fied with the
Commission on August 26, 2011 in the above referenced cases. The Company inadvertently
left the original proposed PGA rates in Attachment C, Page 4 of 4 in Colum f. The rates in
Column fwere from the originally fied PGA instead of the updated rates from the Company's
revised filing, which reduced rates fuher from its original filing by $0.00508 per thermo
