I do not believe that Avista deserves another rate increase at this time. There have been
several rate increases granted recently which allow Avista to make great profits each year.
People like myself who are on fixed incomes are finding it increasingly di fficul t to keep up
with basic living expenses. Wi th the unemployment rate at an all time high and the country
being in a depression, I do not believe an increase should be granted.
