I read in the CDA Press recently that Avista wants to expand the metering program. It's
about time we (our country) starts implementing and expanding this program. Our energy
problems and expenses could surely be lessen, and perhaps more individuals will invest in
alternate energy...it's certainly worth it, not to mention it's about time, it's been over 3e
years since our last attempt, which failed, due mainly to big business... enough delay.

Why should Avista get the unused kilowatts at the end of the year???.. . Don 't you think they
make enuf money already????.. .also, where are all of these projects that were going to be
started with the govmt money they received??? all we have seen so far is a fleet upgrade to
their junk equipment that, because of their lack of maintenance, kill people......... .when do
