I want to ask you to please tu down A vista's request for a rate
hike in the gas and electric rates that A vista is requesting again.
They do this most every year with know thought as how it causes a
hardship on the rate payers.
I realize they want to keep there dividends to there stock holders as
high as possible, as they stated one year, 10% interest on there
investment.
Please consider the rate payers before allowing this new increase.

Please DO NOT let Avista raise the rates in North Idaho again !! How many more home
foreclosures do we need. Everyone is struggling right now, just to get by and some are not
even doing that. Unemployment is at its max. While Avista Ceos wages and bonuses (
published in the newpaper) are more in a month than majority of Idahoians make in a year !!
How dare they ask for another raise !! Enough is enough, DO NOT RAISE RATES !!

Please do not let the Avista Power company raise our rates again. Small business are
struggling and going out of business every day here in North Idaho. Last year I cannot tell
you how many of our salon clients said they were having to wear sweater and coats in their
homes because they could not afford to tuen the heat up even alittle just to be comfortable.
While Avista CEO' s wages and bonuses in a month are more than most people here in Idaho make
in a year !!!! How can you let there GREED and PROFITS keep going on? ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!!
