Please describe your comment briefly:
Avista should not be allowed to continue asking for rate increases. Idaho has one of the
highest unemployment rates in he country J a faltering economy and dismall job market. But
Avista continues to ask us to pay more. When I have to decide to pay for food/housing or
electrici ty. I'm posi ti ve that Avista will disconnect my power instead of letting my bill go
until I am in a better financial position. I pray that you will vote against any increases
that they ask for. We Idahians can not afford anymore of their increases.
