In such a hard economic time that we are currently in it is outrageous that Avista wants to
raise power rates. They turned a healthy profit in the first quarter but like all thieves and
crooks they want more. I guess their CEOs are not making enough money. I like many others are
seeking al ternati ve power sources. I hope Avista goes BROKE.
