RE: Notice of Intent to File a Coiibined Electric and Natural Gas General Rate Case
In compliance with the minimum sixty day notice requirement of Rule 122 ofthe IPUC Rules of
Procedure, A vista Corp herein provides notice to the Idaho Public Utilities Coinission that the
company intends to file a combined electric and natural gas general rate case on or after Januar
2,2009. It is the Company's intent to utilize the 12-month period ending September 30,2008 as
the test year for its filing. The Company recently implemented a general raté change in the state
of Idaho on October 1, 2008 for electric and natural gas customers.
