I already have trouble paying my utilities, and with the winter lasting longer, that isn i t
getting any easier. On top of that the rest of all my bills are getting bigger, and my and
my husbands income is getting smaller. If the utilities are able to continue to gouge i t s
customers, who by the way have no other way to live and warm themselves, ........ I already
live with a jacket as layer, and my husband constantly has long underware on and a jacket,
and that i s inside.
Please help us and so many others like us.
