PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
On August 31 , 2007, Avista Corporation ("Avista ) filed an Application seeking
authority to implement a one-year pilot program for the remote disconnection and reconnection
of customers to its system. The Company also requested a limited waiver of Utility Customer
Relations Rule 311.03 and 311.04 (IDAP A 31.21.01.03-04) related to the final customer
notification prior to disconnection. The Company requested that the Commission process its
Application through Modified Procedure. IDAPA 31.01. 01.201-204.
On December 4, 2007, the Commission deferred approval of the Company s pilot
program and ordered that two public workshops be held in Lewiston and Coeur d' Alene, Idaho
to further refine and develop the details of the pilot program." Order No. 30471.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the public workshops previously scheduled for
Tuesday, February 5, 2008 and Wednesday, February 6, 2008 are vacated.
