This seems to be a good initiative. The wide availability of Internet access makes thisan attractive initiative. I've worked with load management systems in the past and the
radio and power line comms systems are expensive to install and maintain. I'd like to hearmore about the details of how this would work. It seems that it really depends on how easy
the system is to install and use by the end user.
