On June 2007 A vista Corpration dba A vista Utilities (A vista; Company) filed an
Application in Case No. A VU-07-04 reuesting authonty to offer residential and
commercial demand response progrs in portons of Sandpoint and Moscow for a two-
year penod. In Order No. 30365, the Commssion approved the two-year pilot effective
July 15,2007. The actual pilot program began on Januar 1,2008 once al the equipment
was instaed and ready to implement the load management progrs. The pilot two-year
penod has concluded on Januar 1,2010. The Company is curently compilng the data
and results of the pilot study and intends to make its compliance summar report filg
with the Commssion no later than March 1 st 2010.
