It was shocking to read of your decision to take away the utility customers credit passed
on by our electricity provider. How coulda benefit to the customer be unlawful? In this time of runaway inflation, those of us of
low incomes need all the help we can get. You have imposed a hardship on the elderly
which I find unconscionable. I
implore you to reverse this ruling. secondly, the surcharge for this past winterdefici t can be absorbed by the reversal of the above ruling.
