Please describe your question or comment briefly:A 9.5% rate increase is just not appropriate. Avista has made one big mistake after
another in management- and continues to dole out huge salaries to their Executives. We
are like most Idaho people- just live on fixed incomes and cannot afford rate increases of
this size. We get a cost of living raise from Soc. securi ty- but it never has been big
enough to help us meet the costs OF LIVING! I suggest Avist pare down their salaries for
the Exec. and hire someone who won t always be making costly mistakes. Thank you, Mr and
