RE:CASE NO. MUR-I0-
COMPLIANCE FILING TARIFF
As part of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No. 32105 , the Commission
directed Murray Water Works Systems to submit revised tariffs in compliance with the rates and
charges identified in this Order. The rates and charges authorized by Order No. 32105 shall
become effective for service within 14 days ofthe service date of the Order.
Staff reviewed the tariffs submitted by the Company on December 13 2010, to ensure
that the language and rates reflect Commission directives as stated in Order No. 32105. The
tariffs include Rate Schedule for Residential and Commercial Customers, Non-Recurring
Charges, and General Rules and Regulations for Murray Water Works Systems. The Rate
Schedule for Residential and Commercial Customers, Sheet 1 replaces Schedule No.1 and
Schedule 3. The Non-Recurring Charges, Sheet 2 replaces Schedule 2 and part of Schedule 1.
The Company s current General Rules and Regulations were replaced with the updated General
Rules and Regulations for Small Water Utilities and the Uniform Main Extension Rules
consistent with the Model Tariff.
Staff confirms that the new language and rates of Rate Schedule for Residential and
Commercial Customers, the Non-Recurring Charges, and the updated General Rules and
Regulations for Small Water Utilities comport with Commission Order No. 32105. Staff
recommends approval of the tariffs.
