Also, of the $1.2 million loaned to Grid West from Avista, $188,187.34 is interest.If all the utility companies voluntarily withdrew from Grid West, why would Avistabe entitled to interest? why couldn t future consumers of columbia Grid be charged
for all this? This seems like another excuse for deferred rate increases...totallyunfai r.
