RESPONDENT.
On August 30, 2005 , Peter J. Richardson, lead counsel for Thompson River Co-Gen
LLC, filed a Motion with the Commission for limited admission of Mike Uda in Case No. A VU-
05-7. Reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 222; IPUC Rules of Procedure 019.
Mr. Uda certifies that he is an active member in good standing of the Bar of the State
of Montana and that he maintains a regular practice of law at Doney, Crowley, Bloomquist
Payne & Uda, P., 44 West Sixth Avenue, Suite 200, Helena, Montana 59601. Mr. Uda further
certifies that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho or licensed to practice in Idaho and that he
has not previously sought admission under IBCR 222.
Both Mr. Richardson and Mr. Uda certify that a copy of the Motion, accompanied by
a $200 fee, has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.
Mr. Richardson acknowledges that as local counsel, his attendance shall be required
at all proceedings before the Commission in which Mr. Uda appears, unless specifically excused
by the Commission.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion for Limited Admission
filed in Case No. A VU-05- 7 and the related practice rules and Rules of Procedure, i., Idaho
Bar Commission Rule 222 (Limited Admission - Pro Hac Vice) and Commission Rule of
Procedure 19, IDAPA 31.01.01.019.
Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr. Richardson and
Mr. Uda, we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of

limited admission of Mr. Uda as legal counsel for Thompson River Co-Gen LLC in Case No.
A VU-05- 7.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Commission has jurisdiction in Case No. A VU-05- 7 and the Motion for
Limited Admission filed by Peter Richardson, local counsel, and Mike Uda, applying counsel
pursuant to Idaho Code, Title 61 , and the Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA
31.01.01.000 et seq.
ORDER
In consideration of the foregoing and as more particularly described above, IT IS
HEREBY ORDERED and Mike Uda is hereby granted limited admission in Case No. A VU-
05- 7 as legal counsel for the complainant, Thompson River Co-Gen, LLC.
